Southern Health Partners is looking for a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Jackson County Jail in Georgia.

Correctional nursing gives you the opportunity to provide meaningful care to a unique patient population while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. If you're ready for a nursing role where your skills matter and no two shifts are exactly the same, this could be the opportunity for you.

• Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs
• Communicate with providers and the healthcare team regarding patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote continuity of care throughout the facility
• Provide compassionate, professional care in a secure environment

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR certification
• Previous correctional, emergency, or other relevant nursing experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
