Pay Rate: $18.75/hour |
Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri 2:30pm – 11pm (OT as Required)

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to find skilled Forklift Operators who are ready to make an impact. If you’re experienced, safety-driven, and looking for a stable role in a high-demand industry, this opportunity is for you.

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your expertise in material handling will directly support the efficient manufacturing and delivery of HVAC products used across the industry. This is a hands-on position where precision, safety, and reliability truly matter.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials at points of origin and destination
• Utilize warehouse technology such as PCs, scanners, and inventory systems
• Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks related to shipments
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with operational guidelines
• Operate multiple types of equipment, including:
  Sit-down forklifts;
  Stand-up Order Pickers (OP);
  Order Reach trucks;
  Cherry pickers at elevated heights

• Valid forklift/operator certification or specialized license
• Ability to safely operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment
• Comfort working with technology and basic administrative tasks

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
• 3–5 years of experience strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
