Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team across three South Jersey campuses. Enjoy flexible scheduling, diverse cases, and modern facilities in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a leading regional health system.

• Wide variety of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, Urology, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics, and OB

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Master’s degree in nursing
• Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

• Provide safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists
• Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and post‑anesthesia care
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training
• Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education

$183.26 to $261.14 per hour (actual hiring rate determined based on experience, skills and qualifications). This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
