Jefferson Health – New Jersey is seeking Full‑Time CRNAs to join our collaborative anesthesia care team at one of our three South Jersey campuses. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient‑focused environment. Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Master’s degree in nursing
  • Active RN and CRNA license in New Jersey or eligibility
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, evidence‑based anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists
  • Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthetic plans, and manage intraoperative and postoperative care
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in department quality improvement efforts, educational activities, and mandatory training
  • Maintain required licensure, certification, and continuing education
