Commercial Credit Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Credit Manager:
- Lead, develop, and mentor the commercial credit team
- Review complex credit analyses and provide recommendations on larger lending opportunities
- Support underwriting and risk evaluation for commercial lending relationships
- Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and credit documentation reviews
- Oversee annual commercial credit reviews and portfolio monitoring
- Partner with lending and executive leadership on credit-related initiatives
Qualifications for the Commercial Credit Manager:
- 5-7+ years of commercial credit, underwriting, or commercial banking experience
- Prior leadership or team development experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience analyzing complex commercial credit relationships and financial statements
