PRN | week day needs & weekends | Flexible schedule
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN COTA to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide therapy per CPT and facility guidelines
- Support daily rehab operations
- Work collaboratively with patients and care teams
- Active Wisconsin COTA license
- SNF experience preferred
- Net Health experience a plus
- New grads welcome
