Our factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin, is one of the largest manufacturers in the region, shipping more than 3,000 truckloads and 400 railcars of product annually. It produces over 38 million cases of Fancy Feast®, Elegant Medley®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. The facility also donates 1.2 million cans of food each year to support more than 40 animal shelters and non‑profits.

As a General Laborer, you are a true value and critical team member. You’ll receive training in several areas within the production environment so you can effectively support your assigned position and participate in our safety policies and procedures. Much of your responsibility will focus on maintaining a clean, safe production environment and ensuring top‑notch quality.

• Ensure a clean and safe production environment, including sanitation, sweeping, cleaning of machinery, and removal of trash and recycling.
• Safely operate production equipment.
• Complete quality checks and meet product specifications.
• Provide support to operators in Packaging, Processing, and Warehouse departments.
• Develop working knowledge of production equipment and operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Nights from 4:00 pm–4:00 am, alternating two‑week schedule (3 workdays in week 1 and 4 workdays in week 2). This provides two 3‑day weekends every month.
• 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm), Monday‑Friday and every other weekend.
• 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am), Monday‑Friday and every other weekend.

The approximate pay range for this position is $30.66 an hour. The pay range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

• High Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment.
• Must be available to work overnights and weekends.
