- EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 3+ years of proven supervisory or line leadership experience operating inside a food manufacturing or highly regulated packaging environment
- OPERATIONAL DEPTH:
Strong competency in coordinating material flow, managing shift transitions, and optimizing line efficiencies in a fast-paced setting - COMPLIANCE PROFILE:
Deep familiarity with strict quality standards, GMPs, and food safety protocols (HACCP/SQF exposure preferred) - WORK SCHEDULE:
Consistent 2nd Shift layout running Monday through Friday (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with occasional Saturday production requirements - EARNING POTENTIAL:
Up to $75,000 base salary + lucrative time-and-a-half premiums for Saturday shifts and additional performance-based annual bonus pools - UNION COMPATIBILITY:
Prior experience managing workflows and leading teams within a unionized environment is a significant asset - LOCATION:
Greater Jefferson, WI area (Must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily driving radius of the production plant) - COMPLIANCE:

Directing, mentoring, and motivating an off-shift production crew, managing daily shift assignments, and optimizing line headcount. - Material Flow Coordination:
Strategically aligning raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline line efficiency and hit daily throughput targets. - Quality & Safety Governance:
Upholding stringent regulatory benchmarks, ensuring 100% compliance with food safety protocols, and driving a zero-incident plant environment. - Continuous Improvement:
Initiating tactical lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to eliminate line bottlenecks and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). - Shift Handoff Management:
Serving as the central technical liaison between morning operations and night crews to guarantee seamless communication and minimal downtime during handoffs. - Performance Documentation:
Handling workplace conflict resolution, updating labor tracking logs, and conducting accurate performance reviews within an organized manufacturing setting.
- Manufacturing Leadership Pedigree: A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience leading production lines, blending cells, or packaging teams inside a highly regulated environment.
