The Production Shift Supervisor provides leadership and management to the department on the company’s core policies, manages and coordinates to meet and facilitate safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Manages all aspects of employees’ life cycle from hiring to succession planning, including performance management and coaching.

• 1st Shift Mon-Fri with additional hours on weekends or evenings as needed

• Paid Holidays:
  New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays

• Full responsibility for managing the team with coaching, guidance and development through succession planning and performance management.
• Interview internal and external candidates for open roles.
• Supervise the departments to ensure effective and efficient operation of equipment and availability of necessary resources.
• Oversee and train associates on all departmental procedures, quality procedures and all related work instructions, safety training and company policies.
• Manage personnel issues.
• Manage time collection functions; this includes processing and/or submitting all forms on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP) as applicable.

• Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• 2 to 4 years related leadership experience and/or training.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, methods, and practices.
