Kikkoman Foods Jefferson Plant in Jefferson, WI is seeking a Pressing & Refining Operator on first shift to support the final steps of soy sauce production. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and mechanical aptitude to operate presses, hoists, timers, and related equipment.
You will monitor charging machines, record times, and assist with blending, cooking, heating, filtering, and packaging per SOPs. Excellent safety and communication are essential in this role.
