Meals and Uniforms Provided
Registered Nurse – PM and NOC
Full-time and part‑time positions available for 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm and 10:30 pm – 7:00 am shifts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CNAs to provide activities of daily living (ADL) care, including monitoring of vitals, weight, skin care, and changes in resident behavior/status.
- Participate in clinical assessments, admission and discharge documentation, and medication management.
- Engage in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement processes to continually enhance care quality.
- Complete orientation and transition training to the electronic medical record system.
