Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a leadership role where you can continue providing patient care while helping oversee healthcare operations? Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated RN Medical Team Administrator to join our team at the Jefferson County Jail in Wisconsin.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care, assessments, and nursing interventions
- Coordinate daily healthcare operations and ensure continuity of care between shifts
- Serve as the primary nursing leader and clinical resource for the facility
- Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to deliver quality patient care
- Review documentation, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate medical records
- Support and coordinate activities with the facility’s nursing staff member working the alternate rotation
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in an on‑call rotation to address clinical concerns, provide guidance, and support facility operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, correctional healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to coordinate healthcare operations preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
