Technician – Factory Quality, Weekend Shift

• Analyze ingredients to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Perform multiple chemical tests of finished product samples and escalates tests when needed
• Conduct analytical testing and enter and update specifications
• Properly use and maintain laboratory equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
• Facilitate internal and cross-functional quality improvement projects across factory departments, including St. Louis Quality support as needed
• Identify trends and reactions to out-of-specifications as appropriate
• Coordinate external equipment calibration and maintenance services
• Support the Total Performance Management process, including use of Red Zone and Poka
• Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines
• Serve as a backup to QA Tech as needed

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment
• Must not require visa sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in analytical testing and compliance with regulatory standards in a quality assurance role within food manufacturing. Proficient in laboratory practices, equipment maintenance, and quality improvement processes.
