Wrap meat products and ensure pricing is correct and clearly marked;
Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Meat operations, safety, and sanitation;
Maintain proper case conditions, including cleaning, stocking, straightening, and rotating product to minimize shrinkage;
Promote sales through courteous and friendly customer service;
Follow the direction of the Meat Manager/Manager on Duty and perform other duties as assigned
