Process, prepare and package meat products in compliance with company policy and Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding Meat operations, safety, and sanitation;
Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper temperatures are maintained in cooler, prep area, freezer, and cases;
Maintain adequate meat supplies and proper case conditions including cleaning, stocking, straightening, and rotating product;
Promote sales through courteous and friendly customer service;
