Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's metal building business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, detailing, and project management teams to prepare accurate proposals.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records.
- Work closely with operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the metal building, structural steel, or commercial construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal building systems and construction processes.
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience selling pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB).
- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Established relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and industrial clients.

Base salary 50-70K
Commission 1-3%
