Assistant Residential Manager

St. Coletta of Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Residential Manager for 2nd shift, every other weekend, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based group home. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll provide direct care, coach and support staff, assist with scheduling, and help ensure person-centered plans are followed. Responsibilities include medication administration, ADL support, behavior support, documentation, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

You'll collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion for each individual served.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with supervising, coaching, and supporting residential staff on 2nd shift
• Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols
• Implement and monitor person-centered service and behavior support plans
• Complete accurate documentation, shift notes, and incident reports
• Support community integration, activities, and transportation as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment
• Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and basic staffing coordination
• Model mission-driven, compassionate, and person-centered care practices
