Located in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

When you'll work...
Our warehouse is a 24x7 operation. This role will support our 2nd shift operations, 2pm-10:30pm.
What you'll do...
As a Systems Administrator - Oracle Fusion & WMS, you'll support our warehouse operations by ensuring data accuracy, order processing efficiency, and smooth coordination between our systems and teams. You'll work hands-on in Oracle Fusion and WMS to allocate products, close out orders, and troubleshoot system issues-all while collaborating closely with operations, IT, and purchasing.
You Will:
- Allocate, deallocate, and close orders in Oracle Fusion and WMS.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of purchase and transfer orders.
- Partner with warehouse and production teams to address discrepancies and improve system workflows.
- Communicate system needs and resolutions between IT and operations.
- Maintain accurate reports and records.
You're detail-oriented, curious, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You're just as comfortable diving into data as you are collaborating with operations or IT. You're proactive, organized, and find satisfaction in solving problems before they impact production.
