  • Oversee architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and specialty consultants to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, constructability, and operations.
  • Monitor project financial performance and support key business and investment decisions.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Highly visible leadership role with direct influence on project strategy and execution.
  • Involvement from early planning, design, and preconstruction through final delivery.
  • Exposure to large-scale, technically complex projects with significant long-term investment.
  • Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.
  • Ability to make the transition from contractor-side delivery to an owner/developer-focused leadership role.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Approximately 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex construction, development, engineering, or infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership on large, technically demanding capital projects.
  • Significant experience within data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, or another MEP-intensive environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, communications, life-safety, and building infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.
