Operations & Finance Coordinator; Construction - Fast Growing

Job Description

We are a growing construction and development company looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual to work directly with the owner and take control of our financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections
• Maintain Quick Books and job costing
• Assist with estimates and project tracking
• Support owner with scheduling, communication, and priorities
• Coordinate subcontractor documentation and project files

Requirements:

• Quick Books experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Construction experience (preferred but not required)

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to ownership and company growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.
