The Kids Link School, located in Streetsboro, Ohio is seeking passionate, innovative and caring Licensed Intervention Specialists looking for full time employment. The Intervention Specialist will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide special education services for students within the Kids Link School program. The Kids Link School provides year‑round therapeutic and learning day programs for students ages 5‑22, with behavioral and related needs with licensed and certified staff.
Instruction is based on intake assessments and highly individualized to meet the behavioral, educational and therapeutic needs of the student. All interventions are methodology‑and research‑based, including the foundation of Applied Behavioral Analysis.

- Must hold current State of Ohio Intervention Specialist license (K-12)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with students with intensive individualized needs preferred
- Develop and implement IEPs to meet students individual and unique needs
- Monitoring student progress
- Analyze data collected daily though an online platform
- Utilize principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Provide direct instruction in a 1:1 or small group setting using curriculum aligned with the Ohio State Learning Standards
- Collaboration with other Kids Link professionals and families
