Extension Educators Coordinator 3, 4-H - Guernsey County

This position is located in Guernsey County (Old Washington) Ohio.

Will work administratively under the District Director and programmatically with the 4-H Youth Development Educator. This position will support and work in partnership with office staff, key stakeholders, partners, and community members to support educational programs and activities for youth based on the community needs and the 4-H model.

A major requirement for this position is working with adult and youth through school enrichment, older youth programming, Cloverbud programming, volunteer management/training, data entry and management, record keeping, recognition, and program development, implementation, and evaluation to accomplish educational goals.

As a member of the county team, the employee will assist at times with office coverage/management, program marketing, and reports. Organizational skills and being a self-starter are important. The employee will need to have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this profile is $16.65-$21.77/hourly.”

The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
