Synthomer plc is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler based in Mogadore to drive long‑term asset performance through data‑driven analysis and preventive/predictive strategies. You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work, while maintaining SAP data integrity and delivering CMMS training.
You will participate in RCA, FMEA, and Bad Actor analyses to prevent recurrence, and develop CAPEX proposals for end‑of‑life assets, ensuring KPI targets such as MTBF/MTTR are met.
