People Cert is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Facilities Associate to join our Procurement & Facilities team. The Senior Facilities Associate is responsible for coordinating facilities operations, workplace projects, and technical maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment. The role supports the planning and delivery of office renovations, workplace reconfigurations, and sustainability initiatives while overseeing contractors, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

• Coordinate office renovation and workplace reconfiguration projects.
• Review architectural drawings and support space planning initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate office relocations and optimize workspace utilization.
• Supervise the technical maintenance team and external service providers.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, UPS, generators, server rooms, and access control systems.
• Monitor building operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor utilities consumption (electricity, water, and fleet) and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Collect, maintain, and report ESG and sustainability data.
• Coordinate recycling and waste management programs and support environmental initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Technical Operations, or Workplace Projects.
• Experience in office fit-out, renovations, or workplace reconfiguration projects.
• Good knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, server rooms, and access control systems.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
