  • Provide consulting and administrative support for 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans
  • Analyze retirement plan data, troubleshoot complex issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Support retirement plan operations, including distributions, compliance testing, and day-to-day plan administration
  • Review and interpret discrimination testing results
  • Assist with annual regulatory filings, including Form 5500 preparation and review
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure plan compliance and operational excellence
  • Conduct research and analysis, clerical tasks, and implementation of benefits programs and policies
  • Conduct benefits plan research, analysis, evaluation, and administration
  • Lead or direct wellness and work-life programs and activities as applicable
  • Ensure benefits programs comply with federal and state rules and regulations, including COBRA and HIPAA
  • Assist in designing and implementing corporate benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Work with appointed vendors to resolve employee questions and issues
Requirements
  • University / college degree, typically a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • Prior experience in the retirement services industry, retirement plan administration, or a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) environment
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k) plans, pension plans, discrimination testing, distributions, and retirement plan compliance
  • Experience with Form 5500 reporting and retirement plan regulatory requirements
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and tell a compelling story through insights
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • No employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation
  • No required certifications or licenses
