Northwestern Mutual Columbus is a full-service financial planning firm that provides personalized financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals and small to mid-sized companies. We are a team of professionals who are passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We are looking for a Financial Advisor to provide advice and guidance on investment and financial planning strategies.

• Provide advice and guidance on investment and financial planning strategies for clients in Columbus, OH area
• Evaluate client financial status and determine need for wealth building strategies
• Recommend appropriate wealth-building strategies, including investments, insurance, loans, or other financial products or services
• Work with clients to develop financial goals, objectives, objectives, plans, and objectives for each client
• Prepare recommendations based on client needs and goals
• Serve as a liaison between client and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of recommendations and ongoing planning
• Communicate with clients about their financial status, plans, objectives, risks, rewards of investments etc.
• Prepare tax returns for individuals and corporations according to applicable laws
• Keep track of client files and documentation in accordance with firm policies

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education & experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year
