Director, Technology – Threat Exposure & Assurance Management

• Leads the strategy and management of a technology or service portfolio with a multi-year roadmap, clear value outcomes, and measurable business impact.
• Provides executive-level leadership and engages senior leaders to shape priorities, frame trade-offs, and secure alignment on investment decisions.
• Leads large-scale, cross-organization initiatives across teams and domains.
• Drives transformation of technology, operating model, and delivery practices, owning outcomes, adoption, and sustained improvements.
• Ensures technology/service delivery and operations meet commitments, improve reliability, performance, and customer experience.
• Strengthens governance, standards, and architectural discipline, including SDLC, security, coding/configuration, ITIL, and Agile/project practices.
• Owns portfolio financial stewardship, including budgets, investment allocation, cost transparency, total cost of ownership optimization, and value realization tracking.
• Leads vendor and partner strategy, governing performance, delivery health, and risk.
• Builds and develops high-performing teams through talent strategy, hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partners across operating companies, business units, internal IT partners, and third parties to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Fosters continuous improvement through Lean leadership and initiatives improving customer satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Ensures compliance and risk management, including architecture and security policies, disaster recovery, NERC CIP, and Sarbanes Oxley controls.

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 yrs of relevant experience required.

Demonstrates expertise in leading technology and service portfolio management, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with governance and risk management standards. Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster continuous improvement in operational practices.
