Sika seeks an experienced Supply Chain leader to drive demand and supply planning across manufacturing sites. You will develop and manage master schedules, balance workload, and optimize inventory while aligning with SI&OP commitments.
You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Sales to ensure realistic schedules and effective delivery. A strong background in ERP, Excel, and MRPs is required.
