OverviewThe Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. They lead direct reports and meet daily operational goals.
Essential Functions- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
- Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- Compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Work within international functional teams
- High‑level analytical ability to solve unusual problems
- Technical and professional skills in job‑related area
- Off‑shift support during critical network disruption or crisis
- Make timely decisions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Build relationships across all levels of the organization

- Strong manufacturing and production knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field
- At least 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (required)
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge (required)
- Advanced understanding of local and federal regulations (required)
- Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components (required)
- Strong manufacturing and production knowledge (required)
