Supply Chain Operations Manager – Warren, MI

• $60,000 - $65,000 annually + benefits and PTO

The Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. They lead direct reports and meet daily operational goals.

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
• Health and safety management
• Compliance with state, local, and federal regulations

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field
• At least 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (required)
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge (required)
• Advanced understanding of local and federal regulations (required)
• Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components (required)
• Strong manufacturing and production knowledge (required)

Full‑time, Salaried. Minimum pay $60,000, maximum pay $65,000 annually.
