Licensed Practical Nurse – Nights

Compensation: $30.60 - $34.00 per hour, with bonus applicable

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and perform diagnostic tests according to established protocols.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the start of each shift, adhere to safety techniques and standard precautions, and respond to codes or health emergencies following guidelines.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting to ensure effective communication with nursing staff, physicians, and other personnel.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to policies and procedures for high‑quality patient care.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.

Licenses / Certifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
