Registered Nurse, Emergency Services

Fulltime nights shift 7:00 pm‑7:00 am.

Sign on bonus is available.

Located in Mayfield, KY as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Jackson Purchase Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health.

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
• Works with patients' families to help improve the patient's abilities and support family members dealing with illness.

RN license required. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS, PALS, and Handle With Care certifications required within 6 months of hire. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred.
