American Medical Administrators (AMA LTC) seeks a Mobile Director of Nursing (DON/RN) to provide clinical leadership across Ohio region facilities. The role will step in as interim DON, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in multiple sites.
You’ll travel regularly, assess operations, build relationships, and develop leaders to strengthen resident care across 5–6 skilled nursing facilities. A seasoned LTC nurse leader is essential.
