As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll support sales activities, manage customer accounts, coordinate orders and deliveries, and help drive new business while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Function in the JobSedentary Work
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery, quality performance, and customer retention
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications including phone and email
- Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and provide reports to management
- Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to finalize quotes, pricing, and lead times
- Enter, update, and maintain sales orders and CRM systems for leads, prospects, and customers
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and support customer service needs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding quotes, orders, and material applications
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance data as required
- Work closely with sales teams to support growth and meet customer requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems
- Knowledge of steel products, market conditions, and customer requirements preferred
- Ability to analyze information and support decision-making
