We're hiring an Event Assistant to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll represent nationally recognized brands at retail locations and promotional events while providing excellent customer service and helping customers learn about available products and services.

Whether you're starting your career or looking to build on your customer service or sales experience, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events.
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
• Educate customers about products, services, and current promotions.
• Answer customer questions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Work closely with team members and management to achieve daily goals.
• Follow all company policies and client guidelines.

• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
