Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
Location:
Frazeysburg, OH
Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:30am-4:00pm
Starting Pay:
Starts at $29/hr (Negotiable; dependent upon experience)
Work Week: 4-Day Work Week
Job :
Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands‑on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem‑solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Work On- Industrial production equipment
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Compressors, chillers, and boilers
- Preventative maintenance programs
- PLC troubleshooting
- Equipment repairs and process improvements
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics
- Welding experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 4-day work schedule
