Clinical Psychologist

Guide Star Eldercare’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients by easing their suffering while actively promoting safety, functionality, and dignity. The company provides neuro‑behavioral health services to residents in long‑term care facilities, working with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care.

• Provide evaluations
• Establish differential diagnoses (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, vascular)
• Conduct cognitive assessments
• Offer condition‑specific support therapy or insight‑based therapy as needed
• Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP, and Guide Star colleagues, and engage with families as indicated

An active state Psychologist license, passion for geriatric care, interest in neurobehavioral science, and a desire to impact patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other neurodegenerative disorders. HSPP is preferred in applicable states.
