PositionSummary
Provides direct Family Peer Support services to members’ guardians, caregivers, and care team. Provides guidance to SKY initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Must reside in Jefferson County, Kentucky
- Ability to travel up to 33% of the time
- Certification in or eligibility to become certified as a KY Family Peer Support Specialist
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a self‑identified parent or other family member who has lived experience with a caretaking role of a youth family member or guardian of youth, and has received services related to a mental health, substance use, or co‑occurring mental health and substance use disability from at least one child‑serving agency
- Experience with youth experiencing engagement with child justice and welfare systems – leadership experience
- Critical Thinking
- Organisational Skills
- Exceptional Communication and de‑escalations
High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $18.50 – $31.72 (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary). Eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programme in addition to the base pay range.
