Must-Haves

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with Sage Intacct (strongly preferred)

• Experience with electronic invoice processing and approval workflows
• Knowledge of sales and use tax requirements
• Experience working in a multi-location or service-based organization
• Understanding of general ledger accounting principles

This candidate will be responsible for managing full‑cycle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Sage Intacct and a detail‑oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy across financial records while supporting month‑end close and audit activities. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline AP operations and improve workflows in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
