As a Billing Operations Analyst you will perform a complex billing and quality‑control function that directly affects client revenue. The role requires accountability, detail orientation, time management, and a strong customer‑service focus.

• Use utility billing and expense technology platforms to produce monthly, accurate, on‑time resident bills for clients.
• Gather and verify all necessary inputs for the billing process to maximize revenue recoupment.
• Review and analyze billing outputs, collaborate with clients to finalize and process monthly utility statements.
• Examine variance reports, datasets, and research explanations to ensure billing accuracy and consistency.
• Work with the Zego Utility Team to move properties efficiently through the billing workflow.
• Provide timely prebills for approval to meet billing timelines and quality standards.
• Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of the company’s software platforms.

• Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Attend New Hire Training and complete the Zego Utility Billing Operations Bootcamp.
• Demonstrate competency by successfully billing a property under supervision.
• Topics covered include Statement Review, Ratio Utility Billing, Submeter Billing, the Zego utility platform, and key operational concepts.
• Meet KPI goals related to deadlines and quality.
• Collaborate with Support and Success teams to enhance client experiences and develop subject matter expertise.
