- Enter & maintain payroll data in Excel & in software.
- Review & Audit payroll for accuracy and Discrepancies
- Create daily bank deposits and posting of funds daily
- Accounts Receivables, making calls and ensuring timely payment from customers
- Support & Back up Payable processing
- Assist with Invoice matching, payment processing & reconciliations
- Provide coverage for Accounts payable responsibilities when needed
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years’ Accounting Experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic Office experience, particularly Excel.
