Regional Controller

A well-established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for a regional portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting processes, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, and partnership with operational leadership to support business objectives.

• Lead accounting and financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain financial metrics, benchmarks, and reporting tools.
• Partner with operational leadership to review financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and work-in-progress reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support business planning initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Coordinate external audits and assist with audit requirements.
• Prepare and review regulatory and financial filings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of eight years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA designation preferred.
