Field Coordinator

We are seeking construction Field Coordinator who manages daily on‑site operations, acting as a liaison between project management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements. They oversee logistics, document progress, manage materials, and solve field issues to keep construction running efficiently. Pay is $60-$75K range.

• Safety & Quality Control:
  Implementing safety precautions, conducting daily site walkthroughs, and ensuring construction complies with plans and specifications.
• Scheduling & Logistics:
  Reviewing schedules to prevent delays, coordinating subcontractor activities, and managing material deliveries.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintaining daily logs, progress photos, and inspection reports.
• Communication:
  Acting as the main point of contact between field crews, superintendents, and project managers.
• Technical Support:
  Interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews.

The schedule may require weekend work depending on project needs, with flexible days off during the week.

• Experience:
  
  Generally 2+ years of field experience, often requiring knowledge of specific trades (e.g., mechanical, civil).
• Construction site experience is required!
• Education:
  
  A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Ability to read blue prints, CAD drawings, and use project management software Procore, Bluebeam.
