Degree in Polymer, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent), or significant hands‑on molding experience.
Strong knowledge of injection molding, mold tooling, materials and associated equipment.
7 + years experience with cleanroom manufacturing, validations and process controls.
Medical device experience in catheters preferred.
Ability to analyze molding parameters, optimize processes and stabilize drift using a scientific approach.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Toolmakers, Maintenance, Production, Quality and R&D/NPI.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, methodical mindset and attention to detail.
Experience mentoring or supporting Technicians/Operators, promoting knowledge sharing and good practice.
Willingness to travel to suppliers, toolmakers and customers when required, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
