• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving the most complex equipment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Develop and oversee the execution of strategies for preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to lead large‑scale equipment projects, including upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for solar cell production technologies and equipment optimization.
• Analyze complex equipment performance data, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.
• Drive safety improvements and ensure all equipment operations comply with regulatory standards.
• Present detailed reports and recommendations on equipment performance, maintenance strategies, and project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Support 24/7 operations by addressing critical equipment challenges and providing leadership during tool recovery efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in equipment engineering, with a proven track record in Solar Cells, Semiconductors, or Electronics industries.
• Extensive expertise in solar cell production equipment, including screen printing, PECVD, diffusion, wet benches, and metallization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale equipment projects and implement advanced technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in tools like RCA, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and Fishbone Analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and support 24/7 factory operations.
