Job Title:
Quality Engineering Co-Op (July–December)
Location:
Jeffersonville, Indiana
Pay Range (based on academic level):
Sophomore: $21.00 /hour, Junior: $23.75 /hour, Senior: $26.00 /hour.
Relocation Assistance: $4,000 relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
What you’ll get exposure to- Quality and process improvement projects
- Root cause & corrective action investigations (CCAR / ICAR / SCAR)
- Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow updates
- Lab results analysis and performance monitoring
- Audits, customer quality inquiries, and regulatory reporting
- Hands‑on engagement on the manufacturing floor
- Engineering students (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
- Curious, detail‑oriented problem solvers
- Comfortable working with both data and people
- Interested in manufacturing, quality systems, and process control
- Real Quality Engineering experience
- Exposure to IATF / ISO environments
- A stronger technical foundation — and a résumé that actually means something
