Position: New Product Introduction Engineer II
* Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments to solve problems based on practice and precedent

* Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems

* Requires working knowledge and work experience involving more complicated concepts and procedures

* Broadens capabilities and continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers

* Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

* Has some discretion to vary from established practices and procedures

* May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations

* Requires expanded conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within own job discipline including substantial knowledge about practical applications

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Education:

Bachelor's degree required; third-level qualification in Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design Engineering, or related field preferred

* Experience:

4+ years in new product introduction, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering, preferably in catheter manufacturing

* Skills:

Strong project management, cross-functional communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

* Technical

Skills:

Familiarity with Solid Works and AutoCAD (2D/3D), Green Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma preferred

* Industry Knowledge:

Experience with catheter manufacturing processes (extrusion, molding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging, assembly)
