What you will be doing… Your Impact- Build and maintain relationships with asset‑finance counter parties and other financing partners.
- Structure, market and negotiate asset‑financing for marine and other industrial assets on favorable terms to the Company.
- Assist in developing and maintain relationships with commercial banks, lenders, and other financial institutions in support of the Company’s capital structure objectives.
- Lead negotiations related to credit facilities, revolvers, term loans, bonds, and any other arrangements to meet Company objectives.
- Participate in M&A activities through the provision of analysis, modeling, financing strategy, due diligence, etc., as needed, and direct Associate pool activities in this area.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and prepare and present materials to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead market research initiatives and produce report of findings to stakeholders.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 15+ Years of Finance or Business development experience is preferred. Strong relationships in asset‑financing community preferred.
- Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office is preferred.
