The Finance Leader will be the strategic financial brain of our plant, steering fiscal management, cost efficiency, and detailed reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role partners closely with the General Manager to drive transparent financial insights and health.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements, interpreting plant performance through monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
• Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts, aligning financial performance with strategic objectives.
• Focus on cost optimization, resource allocation, and controlling labor and material costs effectively.
• Ensure financial compliance, maintaining robust control processes to mitigate discrepancies and financial risks.
• Lead inventory management approaches, ensuring precision in valuation and accountability.
• Investigate financial variances, delivering clear insights and action plans to correct and enhance performance.
• Support strategic pricing decisions informed by cost analysis and market dynamics.
• Facilitate internal and external audit processes to uphold financial integrity.
• Implement and drive profitability initiatives through innovative cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building alignment around financial goals.
• Maintain and upgrade accounting systems, ensuring they meet the highest efficiency standards.

• Accounting or Finance degree is essential.
• An advanced CPA/CMA certification enhances your profile.
• 3-5 years in finance/accounting within a manufacturing or industrial context are required.
• Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly regarded.
• Experience in cost accounting and financial reporting in manufacturing settings is critical.
• Prior roles as a finance manager or cost accountant will be beneficial.
