• Execute end‑to‑end fulfillment and deployment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and preparing payment technology solutions for customer delivery.
• Configure, stage, and validate POS devices, payment terminals, and peripherals, including imaging systems, installing software, and setting up customer‑specific applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshooting to ensure all hardware, software, and connectivity components are fully functional prior to shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with asset tracking and inventory control processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, product, implementation, and support teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure successful customer deployments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technology deployment, IT support, fulfillment operations, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Experience supporting payment technology, merchant services, or retail technology deployments.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, device connectivity, or remote troubleshooting.
• Experience with inventory systems or platforms such as Net Suite, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Hands‑on experience configuring POS systems, payment terminals, or similar hardware and software environments.
