Business Intelligence Developer
to join our IT department. The Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights, optimize reporting processes, and ensure data integrity. Your expertise will help ACBL leverage analytics to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.

- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support critical business decisions using various technologies.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc.
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights for the business and customer, improving operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
You will need to have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is Required.
- 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology is preferred.
- Familiarity with T-SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, R, Spark, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse is preferred.

Preferred
